What you agree to when you book your 1:1 Session

This policy applies to all healing sessions offered by Vanja Seferović / Queenlight.

By booking one or more sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

All healing sessions are non-refundable under any circumstances.
By booking, you understand that you are committing to this agreement and that refunds will not be issued.

Sessions are transferable and may be gifted to another person if you choose not to use your booking.
The recipient must be in direct communication with Vanja prior to the session to ensure they understand the nature of the work.
This option is intended as a respectful alternative should you be unable to use your session or a package of sessions. It is not a perk or benefit to be distributed among a group of people. Please use transfers with care and intention.

Showing up on time is essential.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the session will be considered missed, and the full fee will be charged.

If you purchase more than one session, all sessions must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.
This same rule applies to any sessions that are transferred or gifted. Sessions not used within this time frame will be forfeited.

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Exceptions may be granted in cases of illness or emergency, at Vanja’s discretion.

The first session for new clients is offered at an introductory rate of $222 CAD.
All following sessions are billed at the regular rate of $333 CAD.
Active Queenlight School members are eligible to book sessions at the discounted rate at any time, provided their membership is active.
