Portal of Awakening was created in 2025, after my plant medicine journey, helping me deeper integrate what I saw and received.
Symbols
Every artwork is a mirror and a portal, revealing meanings unique to you. Here’s what inspired me while painting:
The Dove
The dove is a symbol for awakening and spreading our divine wings. Every human has energetic wings coming out from the back of their heart. The white dove is also an vibration of peace, purity, inocence and hope.
The Golden Sphere
Golden circle or sphere around the dove represents the energetic field full of light. We all have an energetic field and when it's strong and healthy it serves as a protective and healing boundary. You can also notice a lighter coloured halo around dove's head, a mark of an enlightened being, which we are all becoming.
The Orchids
Flowers represent feminine energy, beauty, opening, confidence and with so many of them here - a sisterhood. Orchids are a six petal flower, symbolic for symmetry and balance, Merkabas that can be activated in our fields. I also love thheir vibrant color!
The DNA Strand
On our path of awakening, we are clearing old programs and belief systems from our DNA and awakening it's full potential. Visualy DNA can also look like the staircase, a symbol for how we are rising up.
The Hand
Here painted is the left hand, on the feminine side of the body. Here it represents Mother Earth, our loving and supportive planet. The open hand stands for her energy of giving and receiving, the natural divine flow. Also, it is a reminder that everything is in the palm of your hand, everything you desire is possible and available to you.
Light Codes
Light codes / language san also be represented visually. I was called to channel these shapes with encoded messages, supporting these awakening and healing vibrations.
Sacred Geometry
In the backgroumnd, made out of white circles and lines, you can see many shapes - sacred geometry with deep meaning. The outer shape represents a birds cage that transfroms into a portal - a door of possibilities if you see life in such way. The circle on the left of the dove represents the past, and one on the right - the future, reminding us to stay in the present, in our centre of creation.
Colors
Main colour on this piece is light blue, symbol of the sky and colour of our throat chakras - our authentic expression. This colour is also calming for our nervous systems, helping us stay in peace. You can notice it becoming lighter as it is coming closer to the Source of the Highest Light above. Other colours are yellow/gold - representing high vibrations and pink - softness, love, and pleasure.
